The Class Studios...
Two large fully air conditioned class studios with over 40 classes per week to suit all fitness levels.
Also all our instructors are trained to a high standard to guarantee results whist having fun. The sprung wooden floor enables you to work out safely by reducing stress on the joints. With a wide range of classes many from BTS (Body training systems) including Body Jam, Body Attack, Yoga and legs bums & Tums, all these classes are designed to give you a challenging and enjoyable workout.
