Studio Classes

The Studios

We have a large air-conditioned studio with 30 classes per week. All our instructors are trained to a high standard to guarantee results whilst having fun. The spring wooden floor enables you to work out safely by reducing stress on the joints.

With a wide range of classes from BTS (Body Training Systems), Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Step, Body Balance and Body Attack as well as Karate, Yoga, Legs Bums & Tums and of course the ultimate party workout Zumba. All of these classes are designed to give you a challenging and enjoyable workout.
